Attend 4 day full GWO training. In both locations. Very professional set up and the course contents were delivered by well experienced staff whom were very approachable and listened and took on board other people's experience.

I took part in a 2-day Confined Space Medium Risk training, and I highly recommend it, I took part in similar trainings before but only on this one I learned a few new things that I had no idea about before. The teaching staff is at a high level. The practical training is also not bad. 5 stars

We recently undertook Work at Height / Rooftop Work training at MRS Training & Rescue. The course was great and Dave was a great trainer. He tailored the activities to our specific business activities. Attendance on this course has given us much more confidence in working safely at height.

I came here for my STCW 5 day training course and had a great time. Every single member of staff I interacted with has been incredibly friendly and helpful. The facilities and equipment here are all top notch and the trainers all have expert level knowledge in their subject matter. I had training from Matt Baxter and Henry Howes, these guys make the course consistently fun and engaging. You’re in safe hands at MRS Southampton.

Great experience doing my STCW courses with MRS - Matt and Henry were great and the whole team were very friendly. Special credit to Matt: amazing teacher and keeps it fun while also educational. The courses were very well formatted and executed (especially with the practical elements eg. Survival Training and Fire Fighting). A very informative and efficient week, thank you so much! :)

Not very often i would take time do do a review.I attended today for a working at height one day course,through my company.Would just like to thank Dylan for a great day.He made the day very enjoyable and not like a class room.The way he delivered the course was 100%

I recently attended the Qualsafe 3 day first aid course, which was absolutely brilliant. Our instructor Gus was very knowledgeable and delivered the course well. The facilities are all good and the lunches are top notch

I had Gus take me for a 3 day First Aid course. The level of knowledge by the instructor was vast and impressive. We learned and through an excellent mix of theory and practical exercises. I now feel confident I could apply first aid should it be needed. I look forward to coming back and doing more courses.

I attended a three hour awareness course in first aid. My trainer was brilliant, with great insight and great explanation. Being able to practice several procedures within him hovering was also really great and he made the group feel at ease. Thank you very much, would be keen to do further training with him.
