I visited MRS Training & Rescue at their Dinas facility to learn ‘Mental Health First Aid At Work’. The course was incredibly informative and helpful. The course instructor, Dani, was great — pulling from their own experiences and knowledge (of what is still a bit of a taboo subject), made the whole thing feel even more important. Covered a lot of content, both technical and practical. More pretend blood required on the Trauma course, to de-sensortise. Booklet great - if if was emailed out as a PDF 2 weeks before the course as pre-reading, this would assist with the understanding of medical words/phrases. A good course, more hands-on always beneficial

Really good place for training it is clean and tidy and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable on this occasion I had the pleasure to train alongside their own staff which added to the learning experience/process and everything was explained well I would use them again and would not hesitate to recommend.

I attended the Qualsafe Level 3 First Aid at Work Training which was delivered by Andrew at MRS Training & Rescue. Our trainer was incredibly knowledgeable, professional and engaging making it a pleasure to learn and retain the course content. The facilities available on site were excellent and the staff very friendly. I would highly recommend their services.

I attended a 3 day IOSH course here last week and really enjoyed it. Our trainer Derek was very friendly, put everyone at ease and made us feel welcome from the beginning. He was very informative and the days went quickly. The training site is lovely and clean too. I cannot fault anything here. Would definitely recommend to anyone and also looking into further courses with them

First Aid at Work requalification course: Excellent trainer as always. I've attended several courses at MRS Crossgates over the years and I have always been very happy with the quality of the training and the approachability of the trainers. During the course, Calum recounted some of his personal experience of First Aid applications in real life, which was very interesting and gave some perspective to the training. I always enjoy the courses here, the trainers are great! There is ample parking and free tea and coffee, lunch is also provided on this course. I will be back for my next requalification and definitely recommend MRS Crossgates!

Brilliant staff they go over and beyond, this was the 3rd time that I've done the course. Staff know what they are talking about and are happy to break information down if you struggle to process a lot of information.
