Just completed my second High risk confined space course here and could not recommend it enough. The instructor Brian West was great. He made the course very enjoyable by sharing diffrent expierences from throughout his career that related to the course. I can't recommend Mine Rescue enough for anyone looking to undertake any training.

First STCW course I've done and it's really set the bar high. Great teachers, equipment, facilities and price! I highly recommend MRS Training and Rescue

I’ve been at MRS for the last three days doing two courses. Nathan has been my trainer, he made the training enjoyable and not a drag like some of these courses can be. Must try and remember a fun fact for the confined space course as I’ve used most of mine now. Cheers Mick

I had medium risk Confined Space Training with trainer Mike and it was fantastic. Mike is a well trained, knowledgable and hands on teacher and makes you feel right at home. You could ask any question and he treated everyone with the greatest of care and respect. The quality of the MRS training facility is at a really high standard. Safety is major priority. The course theory work is related to the practicle. I would recommend MRS as an awesome place to train your staff. They even provided lunch and free drinks. MRS Training and Rescue is a Professional, High Quality Business an I would highly recommend them to any Company.

MRS has the tools to making learning intresting to anyone; starting from the facilities to the facilitators. Everything was well organised and presented. I would like to have more training sessions with MRS.

Been on plenty of STCW courses over the years. This Southampton location is fit to lead the industry, really surprised that MRS STCW had never been talked about in my maritime circles. Great course, great teachers. Would highly recommend.

2nd refresher training from this company and it was no different to the last. Very fun but informative learning environment. Able to ask questions whenever and have things expanded upon. 5/5!

Great instructor , easy to learn course

I recently completed 3-day high risk confined spaces course at Crossgates. Our instructor, Ross, was absolutely excellent, very knowledgeable, patient, encouraging and approachable. I found the course challenging but enjoyable. Very good facilities/training equipment. Would highly recommend.

Zoe is an excellent tutor, very knowledgeable and the day was very enjoyable. She is a real credit to your organisation. Working at height has never been so enjoyable.

Just completed the first aid course over 3 days. Found all staff very polite, pleasant and knowledgeable. Great mix of theory and practical made it much easier to learn. Instructor was great, very approachable and engaging. Would highly recommend.
