Trainer / Rescue Operatives

We are recruiting for a full time Trainer / Rescue Operative at:

  • 3 Westgate Centre, Premier Way, Abbey Park Industrial Estate, Romsey, Southampton, Hampshire, SO51 9DH

Job Description

Due to continued expansion, we are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and experienced Health & Safety Trainer, with a proven background in health and safety training delivery to industrial and or marine sectors and with the opportunity to be trained and engaged in confined space rescue.

The Role

  • Delivery of health & safety training courses
  • Practical assistance on safety-related work
  • With development, become a rescue operative, providing offsite industrial rescue cover

The Person

  • Proven track record in delivery of health and safety courses
  • Willing to deliver health and safety training across a wide range of industry
  • Committed to personal training and development
  • Customer focussed
  • Calm under pressure / good team working
  • Flexible approach / willingness to learn
  • Willing to travel (overnight) to meet the needs of the business
  • Full valid driving licence

The successful candidate will already hold recognised training and assessing qualifications and will also receive continued support to obtain further skills-based, professional qualifications.
