This lightweight, easy to transport and handle stretcher is very hard wearing and suitable for vertical and horizontal lifts. It immobilizes the casualty and is our confined space rescue stretcher of choice, ideal when needing to drag the casualty over long distances such as through tunnels.
The Sked Stretcher is made from a unique plastic formula which is both flexible and durable. Securing straps with steel buckles are sewn onto the stretcher through brass grommets which contribute to the strength and durability. It can pass through a 16 inch diameter manhole.
