The Health and Safety Executive’s annual report of all and major accidents and injuries at work during the period April 2020 to March 2021, was published in December 2021. These annual statistics provide a clear understanding of the health and safety risks faced by workers in Great Britain and reinforce measures employers and employees need to take to ensure they stay safe at work. That is why we continually work with our customers to ensure they will always be safe in our hands.
