People are our greatest investment and our biggest asset, so we were delighted to learn that we have been shortlisted for not one, but two of the Investors in People Awards 2021.

We firmly believe in employing the right people for each position and our awards submissions centred on the work we have done, and continue to do, to embrace cultural change, along with identifying and encouraging progression to develop future talent at all levels from within our organisation.
The Investors in People Awards celebrate the very best organisations and individuals from around the world across various organisational, people, wellbeing and leadership categories. Each year hundreds of organisations from the UK and abroad battle it out to take home one of the sought-after trophies to show their award-winning commitment to investing in their people.

The winners will be announced at an online ceremony on the 23rd of November 2021.
