Certification/Accreditation

Candidates can choose to receive an MRS Training & Rescue certificate or, for an additional fee, a City & Guilds certificate.

The MRS Training & Rescue certification aligns with the City & Guilds Level 3 Award in Direct Emergency Rescue and Recovery of Casualties from Confined Spaces (6160-07).

The training course will conclude with a written test and a practical assessment. On successful completion of the course, candidates will receive either an MRS or a City and Guilds 6160 Certificate.

Certification lasts for 3 years.

MRS certificates are emailed within a week of the course being completed. City & Guilds certificates are emailed as soon as we receive them (usually within 2 weeks).

In addition, all candidates are required to bring the following PPE for practical exercises:

I attended Emergency First Aid Course. The trainer Dale was fab, made everything easy to understand and great knowledge too. Good to practice CPR, Defib and bandaging techniques too. Thanks very much - will definitely be back again when due.
