The MRS at Knottingley is an outstanding training facility. I recently attended a one day Emergency First Aid at Work course there. I was welcomed into the building by the lady on Reception, whose name escapes me, but who was extremely pleasant and demonstrated excellent customer care skills. Once at the designated classroom I was met by my tutor Alex, who again was extremely pleasant and welcomed me in a friendly manner, making me feel at ease and settled for the days training. The training was delivered expertly, at the right pace and Alex answered all questions with sound knowledge. He did not resent any questions being asked at any time, even though this would have put many trainers off their pace. Alex took this all in his stride. An excellently delivered course, delivered at the right tempo and made all attendees comfortable. As a result a 100% pass rate. Well done to all.

I have recently completed a 2 day course in confined space permit writing, I found it to be extremely informative and due to the instructors it wasn’t too daunting or overwhelming, the subject matter is very serious but delivered with some humour and personality which made it all the more enjoyable, lunch and refreshments are also provided so I couldn’t have been happier and would recommend them for all your training needs.

Great course, gave me confidence regarding First Aid and understanding how a defibulator works.
The training I received this week was excellent. Rescue at Height three day learning. The course has been modified from three years ago, and gave me different skills and problem solving techniques to carry to my workplace. I highly recommend using MRS Training as a learning and skills provider.
