Our nationwide safety and rescue boat service provides technical rescue for anyone working on or above inland and river waters in the UK.
We have a 4.7 metre inflatable rescue boat, capable of carrying up to 11 persons, is crewed by our fully qualified team of Water Rescue technicians. We are on standby and can be deployed to anywhere in the UK.
We work with a wide range of companies including civil engineering, maritime, utilities, the power industry, offshore wind turbines and environmental projects.
We supply safety boats with crew that are experienced industrial rescue and water rescue operatives. Ideal for work such as bridge repairs and inspections, maintenance and repair of reservoirs, dams, culverts and viaducts.
How we work
On receiving an enquiry from a customer, our experienced team will visit your site and help you identify and understand the hazards and risks associated with working in them near or around water. We then, in consultation with you, develop a plan and the emergency arrangements required in the event of needing to extract a person/s from the water.
These plans will include the presence of our team and equipment on site – 24/7 if required – along with full risk assessment and method statements.
Our rescue boats
Our inflatable safety boat has a powerful outboard engine, which is well maintained and equipped with all the necessary lifesaving equipment should an emergency arise.
Designed and manufactured in the UK to meet the specific requirements of emergency service rescue teams for inland and coastal search and rescue and flood rescue operations. The design provides both stability and high speed capability and has one of the largest load capacities in its class, at 1300kg.
Our crew
For most projects we anticipate a 3-person team comprising of two rescue operatives and a skipper. All are fully trained in Swift Water Rescue and Flood Rescue Technician. The skipper also has a further boat operators certification to operate the boat.
All rescue operatives are fully trained in advanced first aid and lifesaving skills as well as industrial rescue including confined spaces, at height and on or in water.
