Why You Should Join Us
All of our trainers are directly employed by us – and undergo an intensive training programme to become an MRS training instructor and assessor. Training doesn’t stop there, as throughout your career with us your training will continue, and as you progress you’ll be rewarded.
MRS Training & Rescue is owned by its employees. An Employee Council made up of elected representatives from across the company, who work with our Board of Directors to make decisions.
