Work for MRS Training & Rescue

People are our biggest investment and our greatest asset. We are forward thinking, caring and rewarding and we give our people the tools they need to flourish. So whatever role you see yourself doing, you will be joining a friendly, highly skilled team.

MRS Team

A great place to work

We employ over 160 people across eight training centres across the UK, providing health and safety training and rescue cover for high risk situations world-wide.

We empower our people; listen, share, build confidence and celebrate success. We are committed to all aspects of diversity and inclusion and the positive mental health and wellbeing of each other.

It is a great place to work!

Investors in People - We invest In People - Gold

We are proud to say we are a Gold Investors in People organisation and have been accredited since 2009, progressing up the award levels from meeting the standard initially to the gold standard today.

Only 17% of organisations achieve gold and it means that every single person is involved in supporting each other.

We continue to try and make work better for everyone by providing opportunity to all, but there’s always something to learn. So we use the feedback to keep making changes, keep improving and keep moving forward, reflecting our ongoing commitment to making MRS Training & Rescue a great place to work for our team.
